The Walk to Fight Arthritis is a fundraiser that raises money for research, educational programs, and support for those with arthritis.  On Sunday, June 7th, 2015, thousands of participants and volunteers will take part in walk across Canada.  I am proud to say I'm a local sponsor of the event for the second time!  Join me as we walk to help improve the lives of more than 4.6 million Canadians living arthritis.

• Join a team like mine, Yoga Ninjas.
• Can't attend?  Join the team anyways.  You'll know you've supported a good cause by taking part virtually.
