In this 2.5 hour workshop, you'll learn the basics of using this fun and little-known natural beeswax medium—it's the bee's knees!—and walk away with your very own finished artwork. We'll cover the do's and don'ts of using the medium, demo the use of the medium, discuss how to mix cold wax with oil paint to create vivid colours and transparent glazes, and use various tools to create unique effects.
You'll spend the workshop working on the various steps of using the medium and then work on piece you’ll be proud to take home. All levels welcome!
