What are artwork rentals and how do they work?
Art rental programs are an easy and economical way for you to build your art collection. Rental agreements are made directly between clients and Kimberley McNeil Fine Art; no outside leasing or finance company is involved. For businesses, at art lease may be eligible for a CRA tax deduction. Please contact me for additional details about this program.

Leasing art allows renters to experience art in their homes or offices without the commitment of owning a work. Lease agreements are made directly between clients and Kimberley McNeil Fine Art; no outside leasing or finance company is involved. Please contact me for more details about the tax benefits of this program.

Monthly lease payments are based on a percentage of the retail value of the artwork. The lessor has the option to buy-out the lease (in whole or in part) on the anniversary of the lease. The maximum term of the lease is 12 months.
