Stop thinking of yoga as being something that can only be for young, flexible, ex-gymnast types of the female variety.  Yoga is a real-life tool that can help you improve your mental and physical health, build your confidence, and be a better person.  Sound too good to be true?  Take me for example.  I'm pretty put together.  *ahem*   Think I was born that way?
